Jane has been writing and editing for more than 60 years — for newsletters, newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, and websites. After two decades as a business-to-business magazine editor with Aster Publishing and Advanstar Communications, she retired from corporate publishing in 2003. She “retired” again in 2006, after an adjunct faculty stint as writing coach to students in George Washington University’s Clinical Research Administration Programs. A few months earlier, she completed her volunteer work with the core glossary group of the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC). Jane has never quite got around to full-fledged retirement. She can easily be enticed to work as a collaborating editor for special editions of magazines and to create website content from interviews or conference presentations. She can’t resist an engaging magazine or journal article — or chapter or book.
